Caroline Westt, 32, is an artist and an art teacher.
Lives and works in São Paulo, Brazil.
Her work investigates the ideia that the skin is the border where we output our unconscious psychological contents and where lies the possibility of narration and elaboration of traumatic past experiences.
Her pieces are figurative, greatly influenced by naturalistic European painting from the Baroque period and permeated by an interest in studies on psychology, art history and the history of tattooing.
